Why Return
Find the people who care.
Knowledge that counts. Calm spaces. Real progress. A team that knows strength looks different at every stage of life.

Physio-informed, always.
Every Return instructor completes additional training with the physio team at Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic. It's why the cues in a Return class sound different: more specific, more clinical, more attuned to what your body is actually doing.
Everything in one place.
Reformer Pilates, private sessions and physio-led recovery, all on Wattletree Road, a few doors apart. Joined up, not bolted on.
Built for every stage.
Teens to over-70s. First class to sport performance. Pregnancy to perimenopause. Every stage, the same standard.
Classes & care
All the ways to Return.
Reformer Pilates, private sessions and physio-led recovery, brought together so you are not stitching your week across three different places.
Reformer Pilates
Resistance training on a moving carriage: real strength, almost no impact. Five styles, for every level. Start in Foundation and move up when you’re ready.

Private Sessions
The whole instructor's attention, shaped around you. One-to-one, as a duo, or a small group of three. The fastest way to progress, and the calmest way to start. From $100 a session with a pack.

Physio & Extra Support
Clinical Pilates and physiotherapy with Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic, our sister business. The same physios who train our instructors, for when a clinical eye should come first.

Reformer Pilates · Strong
Strength, on the reformer.
Strength and conditioning built on the reformer rather than a rack of weights. Heavier springs, real load, and slow, controlled power. An intermediate class: join once you have five Foundation classes behind you in the last six weeks.

What improves
Muscle and bone respond to load. Through perimenopause and the decades after, that stops being optional. Strong is where we build it, and if it isn’t your starting point yet, we’ll tell you.

I have never done reformer Pilates. Where do I start?
Foundation. It’s our beginners class: the essentials taught slowly and fully guided. You learn the reformer itself, the carriage, the springs and the straps, so you leave knowing exactly what you’re doing. If you’re 55 or over, or easing back after a long time off, Enhance covers the same ground at a gentler pace. Stretch, Progression and Strong are waiting when you want them.
How much does reformer Pilates cost?
New here? Start with the 2 Week Teaser: four classes for $89. Or go all in with the 4 Week Reform for $260: a 45-minute private session, worth $110 on its own, then eight classes, grip socks, a home program and kit, and weekly check-ins. After that, a single class is $40, and memberships bring it right down: Flex from $22 a class, or Unlimited for $89 a week.
What makes Return different from other reformer studios?
Every Return instructor completes additional training with the physio team at Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic. That is why the cues sound more specific and more clinical, and why classes, private sessions and physio-led recovery all sit in one place rather than three.
I’m coming back from an injury or a long break. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Foundation is built for easing back in, and instructors modify for minor injuries as a matter of course. For something more significant, Clinical Pilates at Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic is the better place to begin, starting with a 1:1 assessment. Tell us what’s going on and we’ll point you to the right one.
Can I come to class pregnant or postnatal?
If you already train with us, you’re welcome in class up to 16 weeks, as long as you’re comfortable. Just tell your instructor your stage so they can adjust. After 16 weeks, move to a private session with us or Clinical Pilates with the women’s health physios at Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic. New to Pilates and pregnant? Talk to us first and we’ll start you safely. Postnatal, come back once you’ve had your 6 to 8 week check.
What should I bring to my first class?
Grip socks and a water bottle. We’re a socks-on studio, and we sell grip socks if you don’t have a pair. Everything else is here: towels, filtered water, lockers and tea. Classes run 50 minutes. Book and pay in advance, sign the waiver when you buy your first pack, and arrive 10 minutes early so you can meet your instructor and get familiar with the reformer.
How far in advance do I need to cancel?
At least 6 hours before class, in the app or your account. Cancel in time and the class goes back into your account, and your spot goes to someone on the waitlist. Inside 6 hours you lose the class and a small late-cancel fee applies.
