Frequently asked questions

Have more questions? Contact us

  • How much does a class at Return cost?

New here? Start with the 2 Week Teaser, four classes for $89, or the 4 Week Reform for $260: a 45-minute private session, then eight classes over four weeks. After that, a single class is $40, and memberships bring it down to as little as $22 a class.

  • What’s the difference between the 2 Week Teaser and the 4 Week Reform?

The Teaser is the lighter way in: four classes across two weeks for $89, for any class (we recommend starting with Foundation). The 4 Week Reform is the full start. It opens with a 45-minute private session, worth $110 on its own, so your instructor knows your body before your first class. Then come eight classes, two a week, plus grip socks, a home program and kit, and weekly check-ins, all for $260. Both are one-time offers for new clients.

  • What memberships do you offer?

Two kinds, both built to make regular classes cost less. Weekly memberships are billed each week: 2 classes for $54 ($27 a class), 3 classes for $72 ($24 a class), or Unlimited for $89. Flex memberships give you a bank of classes, billed every 28 days, to use on your own schedule or share with the people you live with: 8 classes for $224, 12 for $312, 16 for $384 or 24 for $528, which brings a class down to $22. Prefer to pay upfront? Memberships can also be paid for 6 months at 10% off, or 12 months at 20% off: just ask us.

  • Can I share a membership with my family?

Yes, with Flex. Flex 8 covers one or two people, and Flex 12, 16 and 24 cover up to four, as long as everyone lives at the same address. Each person books under their own login and draws from the same pool of classes. Dependent children who live with you can share it too, and under-16s start with a parent’s consent and a 45-minute private session.

  • Is there a minimum term, and how do I cancel?

Every membership starts with a 12-week minimum from your first payment. To cancel, email us with two weeks’ notice. Leave before 12 weeks and the remaining payments still apply, with no extra exit fee. If a medical or compassionate reason means you need to stop, tell us and we can end it early. Prices never change without at least 28 days’ notice, and you can cancel before a new price starts.

  • Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Holidays, work trips and busy patches happen. Pause for a week or more by emailing us at least a week ahead: billing stops and your classes wait for you. Each year, Weekly members can pause free for up to 6 weeks, and Flex members for up to 12. Beyond that it’s $10 a week to hold your place, or you can cancel at no charge. Founders memberships can’t be paused: the locked-in rate already allows for holidays.

  • Do unused classes roll over?

Yes. On a Weekly membership, unused classes roll into the next week and stay valid for that one extra week. Flex classes stay valid for two months from the day they’re issued.

  • What if I cancel late or miss a class?

Cancel at least 6 hours before class, in the app or your account, and the class goes back into your account while your spot goes to someone on the waitlist. Inside 6 hours, a no-show, or arriving after the doors close means you lose that class and pay a small fee: $5 for a late cancel and $10 for a no-show, or $10 and $15 on Unlimited. Single drop-in classes and class packs have no fee. Unwell on the day? Email info@returnpilates.com.au.

  • Do you sell class packs?

Yes, for when your weeks don’t follow a pattern. A single class is $40 and never expires. Five classes are $190 and last 3 months ($38 a class). Ten classes are $360 and last 6 months ($36 a class).

  • How much is a private session?

$110 for a 45-minute session, 5 sessions for $500 or 10 for $1,000, both valid for 90 days from first use. Training with a partner or friend? A duo session is $140. Privates aren’t booked online: email info@returnpilates.com.au and we’ll find you a time. Need to cancel? Give us at least 12 hours’ notice, or the session is charged in full.

  • Do you have student pricing?

Yes. Full-time students get 2 classes a week for $40, with extra classes at $20 each. Email a photo of your student card and we’ll set you up.

  • Can I buy a gift card?

Yes, for any amount, sent digitally or printed at home. Gift cards are valid for at least three years.

  • How do I pay, and do prices include GST?

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You pay by card when you book online, and memberships are charged automatically to your saved card.
