Physio & extra support · with Malvern Physiotherapy CLINIC
Sometimes, care comes first.
Some bodies need a clinical eye first — after an injury or surgery, through pregnancy, or with ongoing pain. That’s where Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic comes in — our sister business, a short walk up the road. Begin with a physio, then class with us when you’re ready.

Led by physiotherapists
Clinical Pilates & rehab
A short walk up the road
Two businesses, one team
Care that moves with you.
Not everyone starts in a group class — and that’s completely fine. Sometimes the steadier first step is a physiotherapist’s eye, and that’s exactly what Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic — just up the road — is for.
Return and the clinic are run by the same family: Return was co-founded by Mark, the clinic’s Principal Physiotherapist. The clinic’s physios train our instructors, and the two teams share notes, so your care carries across — both ways. Move between us as freely as you like. Start here if you’re:
- Recovering from an injury or surgery
- Pregnant, or returning after a baby
- Managing ongoing pain or a condition
- Not sure a group class is safe for you yet
- Wanting a physiotherapist’s eye first
Clinical Pilates & physio
In the best of hands.
Physiotherapy
Hands-on assessment and treatment for injury, pain and sport — and for complex or persistent pain, a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, one of only a handful in Victoria.
Good if you’re in pain, carrying an injury, or it just isn’t settling.

Clinical Pilates
Pilates run by physiotherapists — one-to-one or in a small group — to recover from injury, build strength and move with confidence. The clinical cousin of our reformer classes.
Good if you’d like guided, progressive movement with a clinical eye.

Women's & men's health
Pelvic floor and continence, plus pregnancy and post-natal care, with a physiotherapist who holds post-graduate training in pelvic-floor physiotherapy.
Good if you’re pregnant, postnatal, or managing pelvic-floor concerns.

Before & after surgery
Prepare for surgery and rebuild afterward, stage by stage — knee and hip replacements, shoulder repairs, reconstructions and more.
Good if you’ve surgery coming up, or you’re recovering from one.

Massage & myotherapy
Remedial massage, myotherapy and dry-needling to ease tension and speed recovery — plus telehealth consults when you’d rather be seen from home.
Good if you’re carrying tension, or you’d like expert care from home.
How we work together
One team, side by side.
The clinical work is the clinic’s; the classes and privates are ours. What joins them is genuine continuity — your story carries across.
