About Meg
What Meg Brings
One of Return’s originals, Meg has been here since the doors opened, and found Pilates herself while recovering from injury. She never looked back, and it’s exactly that experience she brings to the reformer.
“The room should feel safe enough to push yourself in, that’s where the good stuff happens.”
Her classes are inventive and generous: a strong, supportive space to challenge yourself and reconnect with how your body moves. She clocks everything, injuries included, and adjusts for you without making a thing of it.
