Enhance — built for 55+
Is this for me?
Strength & control, on rails.
You don’t need to be fit, flexible or sporty to begin. You need a class built for where your body is now, an instructor who genuinely watches, and a pace that’s yours. Strength, balance and mobility respond at any age.
- New to movement, or starting over after a break
- Rebuilding after pregnancy, injury or surgery
- Wanting strength without heavy impact
- After more control, posture and core than a mat can give
- Any age, any level — truly
Foundation
The essentials — breath, alignment and control, taught slowly and fully guided. You’ll learn the reformer itself (carriage, springs, straps) and leave knowing exactly what you’re doing.
Good if you are brand new, returning after a break, or want to rebuild the basics properly.

Enhance
Everything Foundation teaches, at a slower tempo with more time on setup and form — a great level for 55+. Strength, balance and mobility, built carefully so confidence grows with capability.
Good if you are 55+, easing back into movement, or simply prefer a gentler, more supported class.

Stretch
A reformer class for opening tight hips, backs and shoulders, releasing tension and aiding recovery — the day that keeps your stronger days strong.
Good if you feel tight, train hard on other days, or want a restorative, lower-intensity session.

Progression
Heavier springs, longer holds and more challenge — faster-paced, with less hand-holding. Real strength and control, once Foundation feels easy.
Good if you have a solid Foundation and want to push harder.

Jump
Cardio on the cushioned jump board at the end of the reformer — heart rate up while your joints stay protected. Energising, fun, and surprisingly hard. Good if you want cardio that’s kind to your joints, or are looking after bone and joint health.

Strong
Strength & conditioning on the reformer — heavier loads and a structured plan, for building power and resilience. Launching soon. Good if you want a dedicated strength class and have a solid base.

Is it safe for me?
Looks like a contraption. Inside, it's calm.
A reformer is a low, padded bed that glides on rails, with adjustable springs and handles. The springs carry and steady you — which is exactly what makes it gentle. Here’s how a class goes.

/0
Set up around you
Your instructor has your assessment notes and adjusts the springs and
bed to you before you begin. Nothing to figure out alone./0
The springs carry the load
Resistance comes from gentle springs, not weights — they steady you
while you work, which is what makes it low-impact./0
Watched, the whole way
Clear cues, no jargon, and every movement scaled to what feels good
on the day./0
Worked, not wrecked
You finish stretched and steady — and most people are surprised how
quickly it starts to feel like their machine.
